No Shows (Missed Reservations)
After your successful payment for a reservation, mobytrip will obtain a Reservation Voucher from a hotel supplier and deliver it to you in a soft format.
The Reservation Voucher serves as a receipt of your payment for the reservation.
mobytrip guarantees you a full refund for your reservation if the hotel will not honor your valid Reservation Voucher, which is used in accordance with the check-in rules and terms of the property (including but not limited to check in time, deposit, age requirements, etc.). You agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions imposed with respect to your prepaid hotel reservations, including, but not limited to, cases when you decide not to present your reservation voucher in the hotel (no show case).
In the event you do not show for the first night of the reservation and plan to check-in for subsequent nights in your reservation, you must confirm the reservation changes with us no later than the date of the first night of the reservation to prevent cancellation of your reservation.
You agree to pay any cancellation or change fees that you incur. You agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions imposed with respect to your hotel reservations. If there is no online option to cancel your reservation, please notify us.
While we could not guarantee a positive resolution of every case, we will contact the hotel supplier and ask to cancel the whole or a part of your reservation (in case you book it for more than one night). As soon as we will get confirmation from the hotel that they are ready to waive some or all charges related to your booking, we will issue you a refund accordingly.
